User Conference – A Success! May 11-12, 2010
IAS received great reviews on the recent User Conference held in Atlanta, May 11-12. We had over 50 attendees, made up of users from all over the country, with varying years of experience on IAS. The first day gave users an update on the positive changes going on at IAS from an organizational standpoint, as well as the many product improvements that have occurred over the last year. In addition, users were excited about the “sneak preview” of the new Reporting Tool. Through several user panels, participants were able to get helpful “best practice” tips and exchange ideas about how to maximize IAS in their offices. Jeff Haines, from Actifi, Inc., a notable advisory consulting firm, presented insights as to how the IAS Workflow tool benefits a practice, using several first-hand experiences of IAS clients.
Between the social hour in the evening and the second day workshops, users were able to network with peers and learn more about new features in IAS. And, of course, IAS benefited from the great user feedback and input into our product. We look forward to seeing more of you at meetings in the future!
